Jessica and her team are amazing! Jessica is very honest and kind. She takes time to look at your lashes and tells you how much she thinks your lashes can handle. She only does one lash application, because they stress your real lashes less. This is why when they eventually fall out, your real lashes don't fall out as well (which happens to me when I go to other places)! Each time I went, I wanted more than 75 lashes, but she honestly told me that I don't have that many real lashes to handle more than that. I really appreciate her honesty and lash advices! Her team does such a great job, that the lashes last for a while. The place is very open and clean so well. I'm so happy to have been recommended to her by a friend and can't wait for my next visit!

Lil Orphan Annie might have said, "you're never fully dressed without a smile" bbbuuuuutttt what she really should have done was take Daddy Warbucks over to Flair because the truth is you're never truly dressed without LASHES. And the team at Flair does it the best. Jessica is so welcoming and kind. She's a lash guru and consults everyone individually based on their current lashes, the look they want and what they're coming in for (every day wear, event, wedding, etc). Her team is gentle, professional, and always do a wonderful job. Everytime I leave feeling beautiful and put together. It's so much easier than messy mascara and I get so many compliments!

Owner Jessica made the curls herself with more options from scale natural to scale glamorous, definitely worth anyone looking for the best eyelashes 💋 Definitely a place I would recommended ! By the way they got the special LED panel light for Eyelash extension which make ur eyelashes more define and natural ! Just got to try it ❤️

Get my eyebrows waxed by Jessica. She does a great job. She doesnt rush and makes sure they come out perfect even if it's just a clean up. Highly recommend and price is great.

The owner will guide you step-by-step, and listen to your expectations. she will assess your natural lash strength and what is best for you. I have a recently diagnosed thyroid condition that has resulted in thinner finer hair and nails. As much as I wanted big fat beautiful lashes like the photo I brought in, she safely applied an amazing full set of lashes that were safe for my eyelashes to carry. Without damage Now that my lashes have come back in on their own, I've recently had them done again. We were able to go a little bit bigger and a little bit longer. In both situations my lashes look amazing. Definitely recommend flair. Ive been to almost all the top lash spots in the city. Addresses as follows: Ive been to 14th St. been to 23rd St., Jane St; been to 8th Street, been to JJ and Barbie. Over the past six years I've had my lashes twice a year. This place was easily the best!!
